Can members pay online?+
Yes. Invoices can be paid from the member portal through Stripe (cards, worldwide) or Newebpay 藍新金流 (Taiwan cards and local rails) — both as hosted, PCI-scoped checkouts, settling to your accounts. Public event pages take ticket payments without requiring an account, and bank-transfer instructions with manual mark-as-paid are built in for members who pay by wire.

No. That is a design rule, not a disclaimer: renewal drafts sit in a review queue until a person acts on them, campaigns only go out when staff click send, and reconciliation is deliberately deterministic — it proposes matches and a person confirms every one.
